Garlic

Garlic is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6, and manganese. Its active ingredient, a sulfur compound, allicin, provides the primary healing aspects of garlic.   • 1 handful of garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of chopped onions
  • 1 handful of chopped ginger
