How to Make A Delicious Tamarind Juice?


  1. 2 cups Fresh or compressed tamarind
  2. Honey
  3. 2 glasses of Water
  4. Ice


Wash the tamarind fruit with water and then remove all the seeds from it. Pour 2 glasses of water and let the seeds boil. Add the tamarind fruit in the boiling water with seeds and cook using a low flame. Check if the tamarind fruit has soaked and cooked after 5-10 minutes. The water will turn into a think dark brown liquid if it is cooked. Grind all the boiled content using a blender. Drain the boiled content in another bowl, leaving behind the waste particles. Then let it cool and add honey to taste. Add ice to the mixture of tamarind pulp, serve and enjoy.
