Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 tsp. virgin coconut oil
1/4 tsp. (or more) turmeric paste
1 cup coconut milk (hemp is also an option)
raw, unpasteurized honey to taste
Instructions:
- Mix the pepper, turmeric, and water in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir the mixture until you get a thick paste. This is the turmeric paste. Let the cream cool down before storing it in a refrigerator.
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, except the honey. Cook it on medium heat. Mix continuously until hot, but don’t boil.
- When the mixture cools off, add honey for added flavor.
- Drink the mixture first thing in the morning or before bedtime.
