2.5 c broccoli florets

2 c vegetable or bone broth
Juice of half a lemon
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
2 tablespoon coconut oil


Heat the oil in a pot and add the onion, broccoli, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes, add the broth, and all the other ingredients. Leave it to simmer for 5 more minutes, or until it thickens.

Red Lentil Soup


2 sweet potatoes, chopped
1/2 c red lentils, rinsed
1 apple, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1-inch ginger root, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
4 1/2 c bone or vegetable broth
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
¼ c coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
Coconut cream (optional)


Warm up the olive oil in a pot on a medium heat. Add the onion, apples, potatoes, and carrots and cook for 10 minutes. Then, add the broth, cumin, chili powder, lentils, paprika, ginger, and boil the soup. Leave it to simmer for half an hour. Add some coconut cream when it thickens.

Ginger And Carrot Soup


3 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 lbs carrots, chopped
1 c coconut milk
6 c bone or vegetable broth
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoon collagen (optional)
2 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil
Sea salt, black pepper, and onion to taste


In a pan, Add the garlic, ginger, and carrots in a pan and bring it to boil. Leave it to simmer. Sauté the onions, add the ghee, and cook until you achieve a caramel-like mixture. Add it to a blender together with the broth, blend, and then add the coconut milk, and season.
