Ingesting too many acidic foods cause a pH imbalance. Too much acidity can lead to a whirlwind of health problems, including immune, nervous, digestive, and reproductive issues. Due to these, we need to start a new diet and consider eating alkaline foods that may help in countering the risks of acidity, bringing some sort of relief. Carrots
