This treatment can be used by rubbing the oil into your skin several times a day or whenever you have joint pains or pain in other parts of your body.
Wear some tights or warm socks after rubbing the oil in the affected part. It’s important for you to cover other parts of your body to make it warm, depending on what area is hurt such as your arms, neck, or back.
